Okay, so the library system I work for is perpetually strapped for cash. I know, I know, those of you who know anything about libraries are like "whose isn't?" But when I say it's broke, I mean that the only reason that the smaller library hasn't laid anyone off is because they're willing to put up with no cost of living increases for three years running - and even then, all the funds are going towards staffing. They pretty much don't have a book budget.
So I figured I might do a little something about it as an individual and an artist - I'm donating my skills and any profits made from this ->

Also, I think I'm going to put some stuff in the galleries that have expressed interest in my stuff for December & January - turns out the new hire at the small library is also an artist, and is willing to put her work up for January, and they'll be doing the same Xmas art contest as the main library for December. Maybe I'll be able to get some cash to replace what I shelled out for the prints. Even when you're just paying cost & shipping, that's still some fairly serious money when you're getting a dozen large prints, most framed. Add that to Xmas spending, and things are a touch tight right now. Not too bad, but I'm having to put a couple things off until the budget's a bit fatter. Selling some pics would help with that.
