So my second week of teaching is finished. And I have lost my voice, and I have a cold. ><
I am feeling more at ease when teaching, but my kindergarten children are still hyper and are giving me so much stress.
I start teaching a new class on Monday. So my schedule is now 5 classes on Monday-Wednesday-Friday. And still only 3 classes on Tuesday-Thursday.
On Tuesday last week, I went on a field trip with my kindergarten students. We went to an old historical government building. It was a very hot day, but the students had fun. Though I was constantly watching everyone because I was afraid one of the children would get hurt. the stairs there were so dangerous. I took some pictures.
http://www.flickr.com/photos/40145197@N07/sets/72157622055975147/ Friday was such a hectic day. My kinder kids could not finish their crafts during art time so they cried. I gave an oral exam in my first grade class but I ran out of time in that class too. Then when I finished teaching, I had so much work to do at my desk: I had to grade the tests (I was so disappointed with their scores, but maybe I graded too harshly). Then I had to make lesson plans. I was only able to finish with making the kinder plans when it was time to leave. But I still needed to do the lesson plans for two classes and fill out report cards, so I took my work home with me and finished it Saturday.
On Saturday Roman took me to the doctor. He has been very worried about me because I have not been feeling well. He is always buying me medicine. After the doctor we went to the grocery store. His mother is going to Vietnam on Monday and will be gone until Friday for vacation so I will be cooking this week.
Now I am watching Surprise which is a tv show that sometimes has foreign actors. And guess who I saw? Alana >< she had a small role on the show. Very strange.
So nothing new has happened much this week. Roman and I are still very happy and spending all our free time together.
see ya!
