Got out of work at six last night and headed to the beach...Hooked up a 10.4 mile run in 1 hr 45 minuteswhich is just about10 minutes a mile. Not bad for running on the sand, i think. My kneeis bugging me. But i dont want to stop. I wieghed 179 after the run last night and i weighed 180 this morning at the gym. I dont really know how to gauage my wieght loss of fat compared to my wieght gain of muscle.
