back and bad

I am back on this...

So it has been awhile since the last entry...whats happened? I was training for the dublin marathon, injured myself three weeks out, tried to rest in ireland, ate a lot of pork didnt run the marathon...came back to the states, rested some more started doing small 3mile runs on a rubberized track (so boring)...christmas time went to NY for a visit ran in the hills near my moms house came home, threw out my back...rested a bunch more came back to Miami started on the track again....

So the past tweo weeks i have been running on the beach, on the sand....last night i hooked up 8.3 miles the last mile without shoes, in about 1 hour and 20 minutes....
I have also been hitting the gym for about a month three times a week...my co-worker who didnt know keeps commenting on how i am getting big...i keep telling him it is because i am wearing an undershirt or because this particular shirt is super tight...he wants to go to the gym with me...it is a gay boy gym with bad music, hot bods and lots of wieghts...

My kneee is a little iritated, funny because it feels good when i run and only hurts on and off otherwise...my junk hurts today but that can be from the beach running late last night and the gym early this morning...

according to my gym journal (yeah i keep one) i weighed 174 on june 9th...i currently wiegh 180 even. that isnt muscle...

goal by june 175 lbs wihtout having to super focus on calories....
so thats the word
