I just found... an awesome apartment.  I was asking my friend Michelle about the area [Highland Park] and it turn out she lives in that exact complex!  A personal recommendation!  The price is great... no utilities!  Good sized 2B, cats and small dogs ok, exercise facilities, a pool, park outside, right on the 71A line [that bus is everywhere when all I need is a 500 or 71D, so that's awesome], good prices for parking. I already emailed but now I'm going to call tomorrow and find out about availability... eeee!
