You want to hear about my weekend, RIGHT?
Got all dolled up and went clubbing tonight (it was a goth club, so I guess it was more like Wednesday Addams' Marie Antoinette doll than anything else). Great success. There was an event where they had four female DJs doing a show all night, so that was pretty kickass; good music, good people, several of whom my roommates work with. Interesting. Also there was a room where you could watch people have corporal punishment performed on them with floggers and so on, which was pretty awesome. I had some lady do a thing on me where she ran kind of an electric wand doohickey all over me and then had me hold onto a conductor so I was all...supercharged. It was fun! Stingy and slightly burny, but in a good way.
And then on the way home some group of drunk jackasses got their car stuck the wrong way in the Taco Bell drive-through and tried to get the whole line to back out so they could come through. Mind you, 3am on a Saturday in Columbus - they were trying to get 14 cars to back out. This was after they tried to simply squeeze through the two-foot space left by our cars in direct defiance of the laws of both physics and Ohio state driving. Finally they did sort of a Chinese fire drill wherein all nine people got out of the car and changed places so that the one person crammed into the back who was ostensibly determined sober enough to get them unstuck could drive. They then backed all the way up out of the drive-through and went around to the parking lot, leaving one screaming drunk girl who'd neglected to pile back in during the exchange to admonish all of us for not backing up because obviously it was OUR fault for trying to get a double cheesy beef burrito while she was in a state of self-inflicted duress.
