Friday Five, and stuff
The hot is less hot today, which is damned good.
1. Are you named after anyone? If so, explain.
Nope. I was called Rebecca because mam thought it wan't too common a name when I was born. Which is obviously what everyone else's mother thought, seeing as I know so many rebeccas.
2. Do you have your children's names picked out already? If so, is there any significance?
Michael Peter, Thomas, and Rose. Thomas is after my granda, and the rest I just like the sound of. Rose is not because of the tart in doctor who, I've had that name picked since I was 15. If anything she stole my idea.
3. If you were born a member of the opposite sex what would your name have been?
Robert I think. Mam hadn't really picked anything out for boys.
4. If you could re-name yourself what name would you pick and why?
I don't think so. I kinda like my name, and I would feel odd if it wasn't my name.
5. Are there any mispronunciations/typos that people do w/ your name constantly?
Oh god yes. I'm generally Rebbeca. That makes me cry. Its really odd though, cos that usually happens at work and yet they can all spell 'Becca'. Weirdos.
Sold my old PS2 to Graham yesterday, so there is simply the little matter of debt collection to get my money for it. I'm gonna pop in later to shake people down for their money.
Also, I am getting rather cranky because Megatokyo will not load. Although today's Penny Arcade is damned hilarious, but only if you've played or know what Loco Roco looks and plays like. It is the only game i'd consider getting a psp for. Thats how good it is.
