Summary: For Nimue, there is a monster outside… and a monster inside.

I touched the monster, and I knew him as I knew the nature of the universe.
A tongue called me, a tongue shriller than all the music, a call settling in my lungs so every sigh, every gasp was Nimue, Nimue…
I am found. I am lost.
I am Incarnate. Of what? A thousand hearts keening the birth of a new world.
My monster - I saw him within as much as without. We were one; a single breath united us. The light of him rushed towards me, around me, filled up my eyes with brilliance and brilliance.
Alas, I am only immortal. One as I can not hold the knowledge of good and evil, and so I died an infinite death, over again as my grandmother’s torment in Elysium is mine.
And when the world remembers-
I will return, a choir of angels at my back.
