Yeah, Bernard, I don't think things are going to go as planned. Worked out ok for him, though! I love that Alene just goes for what she wants.

Yeah he figured that it wouldn't, but it all worked out in the end for him so yeah! ^^

I decided that in this AU Alene wouldn't hold back. In canon she holds back, until Bernard makes the first move. However, in the verse she doesn't and I really love that.

Yeah, playing it safe didn't work then; though I'm not sure Bernard totally minds. Hopefully no-one saw them after that horn blast. Those things can get loud in an enclosed parking space ;)

I'm a little confused about one thing though, is Alene his employer or his employee? You mentioned both.

Bernard is very happy with the way things turned out. ^^ Not what he would normally do, but it was still pretty good.
