Oh, jeez, that poor kid. I don't know what happened, but it must have been really bad to make her react like this. Poor thing. I hope she manages to recover at least a little.

It was pretty bad, yeah. Hopefully Casey and I will attack that period of the story in short order. A lot of things have to be changed, so we're skirting it for the moment. She'll be all right, though! Thank you :D

Awww, Ellen :( *hugs her for FOREVER* She's such a sweetheart and it's good for her to learn to let it out. I can imagine that Grayson's good at helping with that. Also now kinda want to write a conversation between her and Drew, post-this, in which they talk about Christmas and why it's still cool even if it had to SUCK at the compound.

I WILL HALP *has prompts to get rid of*

I...kind of think that Christmas was next to non-existent with Rupert, really. He'd throw a company party and everything but I don't think he'd see much point in getting Joy and Ellen involved. So holiday breaks for Ellen would be a chance to come home from boarding school (I haven't decided which she hates more) and would therefore not be that pleasant. I think the others will be a good help in changing that for her, though. She's still young etc.

Yeah, I would think so too. I would think it'd be very disappointing for a little kid. Also, I want to see Ellen and boarding school! I'd kinda forgotten she went :P

She'll be fine down the road. She just doesn't have a lot of good memories associated with the holidays and therefore doesn't see much point in celebrating them. Thank you! (She appreciates the hugs, too. :D)

I like writing her a lot. She's got some issues but she's also got a lot of people to love her and help her get over them. :D Thank you!

Ellen needs hugs, pronto! *tackle* I can kind of see parallels between her and Victor. I had to keep thinking of the other Christmas piece with Grayson to console myself throughout this-- her emotions came across really well. :)
