The bar was the same as every other bar. The lighting was dim, the air was smoky, and most of the background noise consisted of drunken laughter and arguments. Waitresses scurried to and fro, refilling or replacing drinks, taking orders, and avoiding a few of the more grabby patrons. His eyes followed one in particular, taking in her red hair and curves that her uniform did nothing to hide. With a wave of his hand, he caught the attention of one of his body guards, and silently pointed towards her. His meaning was immediately understood.
She’d be his by morning.
