The always awesome dynamicsymmetry and I went to the National Aquarium in Baltimore today. I hadn't been there since high school (I walked into an anchor that day - don't ask).

I was glad to go back. The jellyfish exhibit alone made it worth the trip.

This looks like a woman holding a stick, and... okay, it is, but you should note the explosion of water - an archerfish has just knocked a cricket off the stick with an expertly placed spit jet of water! See video of said event:





People just aren't very good at following large print instructions.

The inner harbor area viewed from next to the World Trade Center (of Baltimore). Note the throngs of annoying Massholes, aka Red Sox fans who need to stay the hell home.
