Lavos event. Have a modern day Sweden. He's pretty much the same Sweden that 2010 nations will remember - with a twist. I love AUs, and that means that he is from one. To sum it up: In this world, Germany learned from France and Sweden and did not try to take on the General. The world is basically like vers. 1 as described in Mein Kampf, with the addition of Russia. All of America, most of Africa, Sweden and Switzerland are neutral-ish, everyone else belongs to/is dependent on/gets "supported" by Germany, Russia or Japan. Sweden won't know much about what's going on in the Axis territories, as they filter the information that leaves their lands quite well.
