[Sweden holds one of the fragments in his hands. For a moment, he looks at the screen, down at the fragment, and then back at the screen. He seems definitely confused, and very tense.

Then he holds the camera up with his left hand, still holding the fragment with the right, so everyone can see the snippet of history that it shows.

A maybe 18 years old Denmark is bleeding, his whole side covered in blood, leaning onto the person witnessing the scene for support. If you look closer, you will notice that it is a gun wound. The watcher's eyes wander to the side and you see a younger Norway, a bit to the side, exhausted and too pale. Near them are more Norsemen, most of them in a similar state, grim, determined, but tired. All of them wear rough clothes, more modern looking than viking clothes, but not by much; their weapons are strange, a mixture of battle axes, a strange kind of guns and longbows. Over them flies a flag that resembles the Kalmar one.

And then you get a good view of the other side. The flags, standards, are blood red, some of them with a golden eagle on them. The letters SPQR are large enough to be seen even from the distance. That and the horses are the only means by which the army resembles the Ancient Roman one. They definitely don't wear their uniforms, they all seem to have guns, even cannons... and looking at the dead on the field before them, they seem to be very effective.

A tall, short haired brunet of maybe 30 years with a uniform that speaks of a high rank leads his horse to the front, gesturing for two light haired young men to follow him. One of them, with long wavy hair and definitely better fit for a party than the battlefield, leans over to hand him a little box. The other, easily recognizable as a younger, maybe 14 years old England, keeps his eyes fixated on the Nordics at the other side of the battlefield. They are apparently waiting for something.

Denmark, next to the watcher's ear, swears in a language that sounds like a mix of Danish and Old Norse, but the meaning "fucking bastard thinks we're like his little whores" is clear.

And then the fragment's memory is over and Sweden switches to text.]

When will this be? Don't remember it.

event: rika, it's the romans!, these romans are crazy!, we're an union, alternative universe
