15 [VIDEO/ACTION]

[Man, this school is both dumb and stressful. First everyone was animals, and now, with Midna's departure, there is a severe lack of sexy. And when things get stressful round these parts, there's always a little less Zelda and a little more Sheik. It's just how this princess rolls ( Read more... )

[Kamek said nothing to the video. He himself would be hunting down the culprit of said transformations if the he weren't the one responsible for it. Well, perhaps he shouldn't take all the credit. But Kamek wasn't a tattle tell. And the lack of investigation made the whole establishment look like a complete pushover. Just imagine everything else he could do without consequence. The thought was bemusing.

This was one of those generic nights where Kamek couldn't find sleep. So instead of waiting around for it, he took a nightly stroll outside the school, partly to walk the insomnia off, partly to use this spare time to look for Wendy, even if finding her at this hour was slim. Wherever she was, she did an excellent job at disguising herself. Kamek would have been proud if she hadn't just disappeared on him without warning.]

[Luckily for Kamek, Sheik was under the impression that the magic professor was responsible with his powers.

Still, she did not expect to find him walking about at night. That in itself she found a bit odd. Sheik didn't plan on revealing herself just yet, so she followed Kamek at a safe distance, hoping she wasn't making noise that would betray her location.]

[If Sheik had made any sound, Kamek didn't hear it. His hearing was nowhere near exceptional. However he may have stopped and looked around at some point, as there was an itching feeling there was something or someone around his wasn't seeing.

In the end he'd just rub his eyes and keep walking, this time toward the fields outside the school. It was the middle of the night, and no one was looking. If his search for Wendy turned out to be a failure, as expected, he should still take care of a little problem from the day he cursed the school.

Namely, a giant carnivorous plant thriving near the forest.]

[Hm. Sheik couldn't guess where they were going, but she figured she'd find out soon enough.

What was.

What.

That was a huge plant.]

[No, it was a work of art, but yes, it was a huge plant.

It took notice of Kamek, but did not make any attempt to eat him. It did, however, react to some unseen entity moving about, tendrils twitching and leafy head facing intently a particular direction. It was then that Kamek turned around, looking at the expanse of forest.

Hands on hips, Kamek called out.]

Hello?

[It was probably just a dumb wild animal.]

[No answer. Sheik was going to keep right on being a creepy stalker, but in watching Kamek, a vine snaking around her ankle went unnoticed.

Unnoticed until it jerked her out of the tree and into the open. She landed on the ground hard and began trying to pull her leg away.]

Ah!

[as expected, it was just a dumb wild animal]

[the plant wasn't about to give up its dinner so easy. The moment Sheik hit the ground, the massive plant was on him/her, sharp hungry maw bared open and right about to dive in for the kill...

Until a command stopped it in mid-strike]

Stop.

[And so it did. Not that it willingly tried to free its ankle. Kamek gave this totally uninvited....person, a hard stare.]

Who are you?

[Sheik is very much a fan of not getting eaten. It takes her a moment to realize that Kamek has mercifully called off his terrible plant.

Once the panic is over and she is released, however, she is back to being completely stoic.]

My name is Sheik. What is that?

[Kamek looked at this she-man. Then eyes flickered over to the plant. Then the she-man again.]

That is a plant.

[this was a thrilling conversation]

Were you following me?

A very large plant. With teeth.

[She pauses.]

I was curious as to what you were up to, but it seems I've found out.

I don't see how that's any of your business.

Your plant almost ate me.

You've only got yourself to blame for that.

[It was not very hard to deduce this Snoopy McSnooperton was from the school, but Kamek was not interested to ask further questions when he only came here for one thing. He was not expecting a guest, after all.

And there was nothing suspicious about having grown a giant man-eating plant near the school, right?

Under Kamek's command, the vine around Sheik's ankle loosened.]

Just get out of the way.

[Well, that's true enough. Even if Kamek and his giant plant are RATHER SUSPICIOUS INDEED.]

I'll leave you to your work.

[And so she does!]
