I've been bad... oh so bad... mmmm... :-D
I was having fun with my SV, tooling about town, short trips here and there. Then a nice guy on a local rider forum posted that his shop was overstocked on a few models and had some demos that were up for sale with a nice discount. One of the demos happened to be the bike I've been lusting over for the past six months.
Today being my birthday I decide to cut out from work a bit early and go check said bike out. It was ever so nice. Nimble, fast, light... sex on wheels. I ran numbers just for fun. Fsck me... those numbers are nice. Signed on the dotted line, and rode home on my new S2R 1000. It has just 200 miles on it, and since it was a demo the sales guy threw in the first major service. Woot!
