First outing of the year
Hullo all.. no I'm not dead or anything, just spending time studying for and going to interviews. That, and I haven't really felt like chatting online much these days.
Anyway, this weekend, Cory and I went on our first real excursion around the area and decided to hit Wallace Falls State Park for the day. The park has three falls on the same river, but we only made it up to the middle falls. The website for the park failed to mention the 2.5 mile trail to get to the upper falls, and we didn't have anything but a single water bottle for the two of us. So in the end we just went to the top of the middle falls which is about 1.8 miles in. Ah well, next time we shall be more prepared. You can see pictures of the trip HERE.
I really need to get some image editing software / learn more about my camera since all of my outdoor pics come out WAY too dark on the web.
Not too much going on this week aside from an interview at Amazon on Tuesday. Oh well, back to the studying...
