In my last post I have quoted a set of negative facts about Obama's presidency. The numbers quoted were outdated, but careful checking had shown that majority of those factors are negative indeed. However that was just an impulsive attempt to contradict the non-stop praising of Obama with something showing the other side. So I have chosen basic compilation of facts from the other side, and as such, it was definitely one-sided as it was described by some commentators which I agree with.
So here I'd like to attempt something better: an objective view. I like Obama as a person, but I want to form an opinion of him as a president as objective as possible.
Originally I wanted to compile a list of his failures, as I generally don't think his presidency was too successful. However, to be objective, that list has to have his positive achievements as well.
However that task is too much for me: I don't have time and resources to complete such a task. And that's where I ask for your help.
Please, comment with what you think are Obama's achievements an failures. Only please try to mention only those things which are results of his actions or inactions but not those which just happened during his time without his control or influence.
As a starting example I'd like to share an article which I found logical and attempting to be objective:
