This last we went on a trip to Jackpot Nevada.

Jackpot is a small town on the NV side of the ID-NV border. The name is a good indiator of the main industry for the town. (And most likely the main reason for its existance).
We drove down on Sunday morning stopping in Twin falls for a look at the scenery and Ki did some bargin hunting. Then on to Jackpot, after checking in a our motel we went to the neighbouring casino where we bet some of the money put aside. We came out finiasially down I think. However we did get 30 different state quarters. Then we had a yummy meal before heading back to the room and onto the out door hot tub (did I mention it was snowing at the time?). I seriously recomend other people to try it. Then next morning we swung by the bigger casino across the street however that was slightly less fun because they give your win in tickets not coins. Although that did help me basically break even.

Stopped back off in Twin Falls again on the way home then back home via Mountain Home. We both had a great trip and are hoping to get back down that way in the summer sometime soon
