so today was pretty fantastic. june 21st is by far my favorite day of the year. it's the first day of summer, the longest day of the year (i was up at sunrise, against my will, but i'm kind of glad that i got to enjoy the whole day), and i became very addicted to a little game called apples to apples today at mary's party. i wonder if any of my ( Read more... )

You got fired for washing dishes to slow?!?! That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard.... Anyway, good luck with your job interview out in Bloomfield tomorrow, you'll do great. And I'll see you at Juju's - I'm glad you're going!!! yay!

I concur!! its not like you were not cleaning them well enough. and its a small place, so how fast did they really need those dishes?
pfft, kensington cafe. hopefully the bloomfield job is better than washing dishes!! =)

hey, I never really say 'goodbye' to people either! on the phone, but thats cause its weird to say 'see ya!' when you didn't really 'see' them.
(and I really like the journal entry a lot.)

yeah, plus when i did work there, i worked after school, and they close at 3:00, so i'd get there like 20 minutes before the place closed. and there were never people there anyway while i was there. whatever though.

and the bloomfield place...i never went to, because i went on their website the night before to see exactly what the job was, and it was basically going to people's houses and trying to sell knives. :/ AND you have to pay them before you start working which is even more screwed up. so yeah. i'm still looking for another job.

hurray for brand new. i've been listening to them a lot lately. ^_^
