Scuba Steve!!

well, classes started, still kinda slow at the moment, which i'm happy about. last weekend i got to go to the reef!! it was really cool. i did this dive expereince thing where i got to scuba dive without any experience and the trainer guy took care of watching my air and stuff. it was way cool. i got to see a reef shark and lots of other things like giant clams!! then on sunday i had my first feild trip for a lab to a sandy beach shore to study organisms and properties of a soft sediment environment. it was cool, but not as scientific as i expected. on monday at rugby practice we got to on the scrum sled, and it was weird. they bind differntly and they told me that when we do play, we usually dont have opposed scrums because of the lack of expereince. this weekend i'm going north to Cairns to a skills camp and to try out for a state team. i'm way excited.
