Vach nacht:
Neither of them have heard of it.
Pessach:
My grandfather's family ate gebrokts except the two first days.
My grandmother's family didn't eat rice on Pessach.
No one peeled anything else than during the year.
Hagada was read by the father.
On my father's side, the cousin agreed with all the answers on my grandfather's side, except she had the minhag of the vach nacht and of peeling what might be in contact with ground in case there is chametz - but couldn't tell me if that was from "my" side...
