The cleaning lady is coming on Monday, blessed be Gd.
Just now, I have lost my TWO Polish cookbooks (
La cuisine de nos grandmères juives polonaises, by Laurence/lea Kersz), BH for memory and for our
Yekke cookbook including "novelties" like Polish food... I have also found back husband's
Italian cookbook (the first one not the sequel), yum. My mom has found back the Salonician recipes from my grandma and we copied them too.
IYH this year will be a real traditional Pessach, and Mati will enjoy it fully.
