Excuse me. I'm at hogwarts_elite, and I've come across your trivia community, hp_trivia05. Is there a reason that you've plagarized from hogwarts_elite? Is there a reason that you're using yellow_dream's essay without credit or permission? Is there a reason for any of the other things you're 'borrowed' from our community?

Please take down the plagarized material. I thank you for having the integrity necessary to acknowledge your mistake and move on.

i replied to your post on another girl's page.

I did not create our user info and had no idea any of it was 'taken'

i did however make our graphics. She said she wanted some version of graphics (she emailed them to me so i didnt know where they came from)
i decided to make a simpler version of them, so personally i think those are legit because with graphics none of us own any of the materials we use. none of us own any of the copyrighted Hogwarts designs. And after all I did make them myself. People are constantly sharing and borrowing ideas.

So I'm sorry for the essay and the other things. You let me know how i can further help you if there is anything still up that should not be up, or needs crediting in the user info. I'll be more than happy to give credit where it is due.

-Respectfully,
Kelly

As far as I know, I haven't seen anything about the graphics being a problem. I have been informed, however, that some of the other sorting questions are from Lumos (sorry, I don't have the link handy). And then I received this from a mod at pf_sorting who's also a H_E member.:

If you want specifics, they stole the following questions from pf_sortingWhich character do you relate to the most ( ... )

Perhaps as an assistant I'll make a new application I appreciate your maturity about this as some people on here really do act 10.

I don't like drama in real life and I certainly don't like it on journals. So I will sort this out [haha i said sort it out...ok yeah.. :-p]

Lol. Yeah, I understand. We've gotten a lot of people applying recently and then acting quite immature about being turned down. (sort. hee.)

And I appreciate your help. I'm glad I got to say something before our resident hot-heads jumped in to 'defend our honor'. Y'all are nice people, really.

You said Y'all are you a southern too? heh, anyways- I think i edited out content that i knew for a fact wasn't ours by looking at pf_sorting's rules and application and your own. Questions like who is your favorite character are pretty standard in all sorting comms so that may be the only ambiguous one remaining.

Yeah, I don't see how anyone can expect general questions not to be repeated. And, no, I'm not. I'm from Iowa, but ever since I started taking Spanish in 9th grad (oh so many years ago now), I realized that English lacked a plural 'you' form. And so I adopted y'all because it works really well, and it's quite fun to say.

word. Yeah 9th grade was almost 8 years ago. I had friends in Iowa at one point in time.

Anywho you let me know if we've still got a stir on our hands :-p

Yeah, nearing 9 for me. I don't *feel* that old. I shall indeed contact you if something else gets pointed out. But I think we're all really appreciative of your efforts, and we wish your community luck. If Hogwarts_elite didn't take up all my time, I might very well look into joining myself. ;-)
