Blueberry Banana Muffins
The wonder of store-bought cake mixes is the huge amount of embarrassment saved as when you do bake your own cake from scratch. You simply cannot go wrong with boxed mixers, even though i've heard of people who still screw up the whole step-by-step instructions. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?! It would then be appropriate to assume that they are of a really minimal level of literacy, no.
So anyways, I love modifying recipes. Like this one - i added bananas at the very last minute and the result was the moist-est muffin i've ever had in my whole life. and baked by yours truly too! Simply heavenly.
