the phones are going crazy. it's annoying. it's all complaint calls about kids throwing snowballs or snow being piled too high and UGH i just really hate wintertime in this office. it's complaint after complaint about the inconvenience of snow. in some cases, ok i get it, but in others, like the snow banks.... what are we supposed to do about that ( Read more... )
