I'm feeling a bit down today. 1... I gained 2.5 pounds this week. My husband says it's muscle weight, because I've been working so hard (most of the week!). I've been eating within my BMR, so hopefully I didn't really gain 2.5 pounds. I've got my fingers crossed that the weight goes down next week.
