[Surely no one's going to miss a few scarecrows, as a few of them have become Tiir's latest victims. At least they prove a cleaner meal as well, their husks being left lifeless and lying where they'd been found. It's not like he's ravaged through them, and he's only made it a point to pick off ones that weren't in such noticeable places.
For the moment he's done with snacking, even though magic isn't quite as filling as people, but regular food suffices for those cravings, if just barely. Tiir's not looking to feast though as he wanders along through the streets as a casual festival observer, wearing his blacks as usual.]
