[The audio feed turns on first, and the sound of someone thoughtfully going 'hmmm' is heard.] I didn't have this on the train...
[Then the video feed turns on as the watch is opened. A figure can be seen looking down at the watch, the lower-half of his face covered in the shadow cast by the leather hood drawn low over his face. A slight movement

[A hood, which made him think of the Organization--and the form and stance pinged him as Xemnas. The voice, however, seemed like a more empty version of another's that tugged at his own heart all the more. ... Okay, yeah. Going to be heading to the station for a second time today now, and clicking on the feed at a private setting.]
...Terra? [And, quieter:] Or Xehanort? [But then... Xehanort had white hair; like his own. He is very confused by this, and his pace is slowed as he thinks about it.]

[Both of those names strike a cord with him, though on completely different levels.] ... I'm not sure. Terra, I think. It...
[A pause, before he continues.] It feels right.

What's... the last thing you remember?

[Hm. Good question. Thinking, thinking... there's a hand going to his forehead, and his voice sounds slightly pained and worried.] ... the train.

[He's walking into the station now, closing and pocketing the watch as he nears the hooded figure. Riku only stops when he's about ten feet away. This scent... He really can't help the faint smile crossing his lips.]
... Don't push yourself. They'll come back when they want to. [Or they're triggered, and that... really sucks.]
I'm Riku. We met once, when I was a little kid. ...Welcome to Ruby City.
Reply
Riku... [Nodding.] All right. I won't.
['When... he was a little kid? that must be why I don't recognize him.' That still felt wrong, but it was the best he had.] ... thanks.

No problem. ...Has anyone filled you in, aside from the sign?
Reply
[A beat, and a small frown appears on his face.] He seemed familiar, though... I can't fathom why.
['... 'fathom'? Since when have I used words like that?']
Reply
Can't say I'm surprised... I never met him myself, but I can't say I don't know the presence. [He rubs the bottom of his nose, a little uncertain about it. Did he... What was the last thing Terra had gone through?] He's right, though; we are trapped here by our "hosts." Nothing unusual really happens except once in a blue moon, and usually it's over within a week.

[Curious, mostly.]

It depends on the situation. Recently, some of us were stuck within a jungle setting and had to deal with prehistoric creatures. [He pauses. Riku knows it's Terra, but-] ...Can I... see your face?
Reply
The request to see his face makes him sober up a little, though.] Oh. Right. I should've done that earlier.
[Hood going down now.]

[Keydaddy, you may not remember completely, but he is still going to just quietly wrap his arms around you. He really... doesn't know how worried he was after finding out the reason you never came back for him.]
[...Never again will he be able to tease Sora for crying upon finding him in Ansem's form.]
Reply
['Why is he...? ... was he worried about me?' It seemed to be the case; why else would he be getting hugged like this--as if the one hugging him had been afraid of never seeing him again?]
[He lowers his head, closes his eyes, and sighs. Riku... must've known him better than he said, to be reacting this way. The most Terra can think of doing in response is what he hopes is a comforting pat on the back.]
Reply
[As if realizing this at the patting on his back--which is comforting, to be sure--he pulls away slightly, chuckling at himself. 'It's... really Terra; not even a shred of Xehanort.' And after the nightmares and seeing what Terra became... he's grateful.]
...Sorry. [That one word... it is still so hard for him to say.] It's just... been over a decade; you'd said I'd find you again, but I never did.
Reply
[Cheer up? He's trying to cheer you up, Riku. Do you take the bait?]
