[Cue one video feed, featuring one rather concerned-looking young blonde creature. 202's at home, looking decidedly more casual than normal in an oversized sweater as opposed to her usual military garb. Whatever's got her looking so concerned is obviously enough that she isn't worried about appearances. She's halfway through a sip of coffee when

[This is his 'usual' glare...right?]

[Kakuzu. You are no help.]
...Then where would he... Kakuzu, I'm a little concerned. [And the award for "Understatement of the Year" goes to...] He didn't even wake me up when he left. This is highly unusual.

...he's bound to be somewhere in the city.
[Right? Bastard better be...]

[That's right, Vash figured out how to lock things, finally. The face he's currently wearing is carefully neutral and his tone is decidedly void of emotion. It's obvious, at least to people who know him, that he's doing his very best to not let his emotions show.]
...When you woke up this morning, a large man with silver hair was gone, which is unusual.
[By restating the facts, he's hoping to come across as casual. Instead, it's fairly obvious that something is bothering him about that statement 202 just made.]

...Something isn't right about it.

I couldn't ask that of you, Vash, and it wouldn't matter much anyway... If Hidan doesn't want to be found, he won't be. I'm sure he... He must just have decided he wanted to be alone for a while.
[When pigs fly, maybe. 202's obviously fighting hard to avoid accepting the more likely truth of things; Hidan's gone-gone, and she's alone again.]
It's kind of you to offer, though... I'm lucky to know someone like you, Vash. Thank you.

....hey, you haven't by any chance seen Liu around, have you? ...or Hope?

I'm sorry, Sieg, I don't know either of them. I wish I could help. Should I keep an eye out, or...?
[It shouldn't feel so much like the prospect of their potential return home is a worst-case scenario, but it does.]
