A pilot, you said? [Well, Rikku said she could build a ship, and she had her on that already, but she never said anything about flying it... He'll be accessing those blueprints while he's at it.]

There is a scrapyard on the north western end of the city, but I am afraid my own mechanic already raided it for parts. Perhaps instead, you may be willing to join with a project in the works?
