"Um….E-exscuse me?" he murmurs still unsure on how to act. Could he know? Was he going to shoot him on sight? Zion takes a deep breath to calm himself and makes his way over. Zion was wearing a white winter coat along with a white scarf and black pants and boots.
"Are you….lost?"

"....huh?" Lifting his head, he looked out down the street towards the voice as the pale-haired boy made his way over towards him. No recognition showed on Les' face, but that could have been attributed to his fatigue. Once the question was processed, he looked around thoughtfully. "...everyone's lost here, aren't they? I'm... I was looking for somewhere to stay, though..." He rubbed at his eyes, wouldn't be any good falling asleep now.

"...you're familiar with the Red Rose?" he asked. That was certainly a coincidence, but even so, who was this person? He certainly couldn't remember anyone- wait. Ruskin had mentioned something about a new member, hadn't he? Except he'd died when Claudia's roses went out of control. Les hadn't been able to get the full details then, but they were supposed to have a full briefing in the morning and then...
He held back a sigh, tilting his head at the boy. "...who are you..?"

Les stared at Zion, but it was more out of confusion than apprehension. "How...? You died...along with Chief Baines and several others.... Didn't you?" He'd never gotten to meet the new recruit, he, Robin and Melissa having arrived back at the headquarters late. Too late.

Still, he couldn't quite believe that Xeno would betray them, especially not Claudia. Les had told her as much; she had to believe her feelings and her heart. So what had happened, then? Why would Xeno have attacked Zion? ...or was Zion telling the truth?

"I can't believe that! It's just…not right! Miss Claudia would never! It's Mister Xeno's fault! He attacked her didn't he?!"
Reply
"...it wasn't Claudia's fault..." he said quietly. He wasn't completely convinced it was Xeno's, either.

Les was indeed armed, but it was difficult to tell for his coat. It would be pretty hard to believe that someone like Les was in the Red Rose's special unit, but then the boy hadn't said he was a part of it either- he'd just acknowledged familiarity. He covered his mouth in a yawn.
"...for now...find a place to stay. Think later..." Otherwise he'd fall asleep standing.
