Moving stuff -- My stuff finally came, kinda!
My rant (because facebook said it was too long):
Today is like sadistic Christmas and/or birthday. Where everything is wrapped up in multiple layers of cardboard, paper, plastic, and tape so much so that even after a knife and super duper cutting scissors you still have to tear and chew your way through to get to your item. And after all that exhausting work, after the sweat and tears and broken teeth (and the gigantic mess on the floor) you realize you have about twelve more items like that to go!
My furniture finally arrived (-2 items)! I have been working to unwrap and put things away since 9:30 this morning (been up since a quarter to 7), and am now taking a break to tell you all that when I was little (like most kids) I wished I could unwrap things like it was Christmas all the time, and now I get my terrible terrible wish! HO HO HO!
PS: My toaster came. Well, why not? What's another box? MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Reflection: I suppose it's good that I'm missing all my books and dvds and games at the moment, because I have no place to put them! Sushi needs a bookcase or two. Sigh, it always feels like I'm spending money. On that note: I'm too tired to cook and the kitchen is a mess. We we'll have to order pizza or some other take out. Good thing I have coupons!
