(no subject)
Well... majorly pissed off at my mother now... my 'curfew' has been set at midnight, but it's also been 11 for the whole of jc life, so it's always been pretty much elastic, i.e. i just ignore it. For some reason, despite the fact that i've been out late several times these hols, tonight of all nights my mum blows up and does the whole girl out at night is sure to get raped and murdered thing. It's not even safe taking a taxi home, apparently. (I probably brought it upon myself by telling her that I walk home from holland v where the night bus stops, something that on hindsight was stupid like whoa) Anyway, whatever. The whole curfew thing normally doesnt stick longer than a week, as long as she's appropriately busy at work. GRRR.
Right, feeling a lot better now that i've gotten that out. Doesnt really change the fact that it was a fun night out, with waaay too much ice cream involved. Erm. It is kind of sad that my entries are all vaguely related to food, but food would not be all that memorable alone, so good company along with is implied. Holidays are looking good, which reminds me - everybody i've talked to about christmas so far is not exactly enthusiastic... Am i the only rabid christmas fan here? Of course, I am normally crazy busy meeting people during christmas, but this years schedule seems mostly empty - beyond family, i've got nothing else planned. So, if i was willing to host an xmas party, or meet up during the xmas stretch, WHO'S INTERESTED??? Msg me or reply here... people, you need to get with the programme... christmas is fun if you make it fun, yeah?
