One day our generation is gonna rule the population...
So...I've been at school for a few days now, and things seem to be going fine so far. Classes don't start till wednesday, and most upperclassmen aren't back yet, but there are enough people around and enough stuff to do that I'm ok. I UST finished decorating the room, and I'm really proud. I have a bunch of big posters, and then the rest of my wall space is taken up by things I took out of the Burton catologue and old issues of Snowboarder magazine. I might try to get pitures up...if I can ever figure out how to do a cut to them so they don't take up too much space. It does look pretty badass tho, and I'm a lot happier with my new home than I thought I would be. I have to say, I'm a lot more optimistic about this year than I was at the beginning of the summer, especially now that I'm here. My room is WAY too hot, since I have no AC, but I guess I'll have to suffer through it till it starts to cool down for the fall/winter. I've already had my first Red Hot Blue meeting/rehearsal, which was really awesome, and it totally got me stoked for this year. I can't wait for what we're going to do, so that's fun. Other than that, things are still kinda quiet, but that's not a bad thing. This weekend's been relaxing, but I know next weekend's going to be insane. It's everyone's first weekend back, AND...my Jon's coming to visit! I'm SOOOOOOOO excited to see him, I miss him more than words can say. It'll be more than awesome to see him again...and sooner than I expected! we've been talking every night, which is awesome, but it'll be so amazing to be back in his arms...*sigh* ok, I won't get too mushy on you, lol...in any case, I wasn't expecting to have any chance to see him till at least October or November, so this visit is going to be awesome. I guess everything else is going well here...I hope everyone else's move-in is going/has gone well, and that you're all having fun at your new schools.
