Nicely done - I like the last two lines in particular! About as believable as I've seen of those last moments, and the characterisation was well done too

It was very emtionally difficult to write, as I have not completely but in the end I was rather pleased. I'm very glad it was not just me, LOL. I am very glad it came off as believable, too. I always worry a little, especially as this is one of the most traumatizing moments of R/T canon.

I knew it would be sad, but I thought maybe if I personally dealt with this moment first, I might be able to find some inspiration for happier moments in DH and prior. Call it free therapy. :)

Thank you very much! It was very important to me that, even though I was dealing with an event that was very emotionally upsetting for me, I presented it realistically, so I am very glad it came off that way.
