It really worked as a story! And this story was loads of fun to read. Science fiction combined with Sirius/Remus story is a very original and clever idea. I really enjoyed it. I liked how the memory parts were told backwards so we sort of get the reveal of who Sirius was here too and how they fell in love. And the exploration of the unknown planet and all the danger were well told with lots of suspense.

Excellent!

Okay, now to the coherent comment. :P If you couldn't tell already, I really liked this. :D The structure worked - I actually really liked that the flashbacks were reverse chronological, it made everything super cute, somehow and I cannot resist cute. and James forgoing all formality when he finally got in touch with Sirius? BEST THING EVER. James ♥
I also really liked how Sirius was in a revenge!rage when Peter died - it reflects on canon so well.

I'm going to stop flailing now and go do something else...

i have only watched star track one or twice but i have to say that you really nailed the idea of it. i loved sirius here and you wrote him really well. it was au but it still really really felt like the way sirius should be. i was scared for him on the planet but the way that you interspersed the back story with remus made me realize that it would be alright in the end. what a great story! what an adventure!

But this was brilliant! I love how you structured this, the present-day narrative going alongside the flashbacks--I totes wanted to know how Sirius reacted when he first met Remus. The easiness of their relationship, how they never actually said anything before Remus moved in with him, felt really good. And I loved Sirius and James bickering: lol, mouse!

I'm always a sucker for fics where they are together and they have adventures rather than those which focus on the romantic side of things (mostly because those which focus on romantic stuff tend to get angsty somewhere). idk, I love me some derringdo, and what's better than a space opera sort of derringdo? \o/

Ahhh this was so fun! I liked the way the story jumped back and forth and you could really see Sirius starting to value James and Remus so much more when he was stuck and in danger and away from them. Also I love their little getting together story. Just lovely! I really enjoyed the story. SIRIUS AND REMUS IN SPACE. Brilliant.
