Today's lift.

Things are starting to get on the up-and-up again. This was today's workout:

SPEED BENCH: double-looped purple bands, which means an extra 200 pounds of resistance at the top of the lift.
45x3 - 245 pounds at the top, see?

195x5 - Not as fast as I would have liked.

MILITARY PRESS: seated, brought the bar all the way down to the collarbone

Some bicep/tricep superset thing to finish.

Weighed in at 213, and felt pretty good. Starting to get some weight back on, and the lifts are looking like they might move back to where they should be.
