[ The last round of the contest, unlike the others, is taking place in a bare field outside of town -- bare enough that there won't be a forest fire, at least -- with a large hill (with a fairly steep side) looking over it. If any of the competitors had started toward it in the last few days, they would have been blocked by a strange sort of spell. It's open now, however, and there are six cages (likely magically enhanced) at the base of the field. That's where the dragons are. It's also where Demyx is standing, looking up at the hill where the onlookers can watch and not be eaten. ] Hey everyone, it's time for round three of the Radio Show That Never Was's first ever contest!
[Vanille is standing next to him, looking exceedingly proud of herself. Okay, so maybe they had found the field and the cages randomly -- the world was obviously in a helpful mood -- but no one else has to know that. As far as they're concerned? The two of them rock. Besides, they did manage to catch these dragons themselves. Mostly. Okay, with occasional help from Fang with some of them. This is not going to be easy for any of the contestants.] Welcome back! We hope you're all ready for the most exciting round yet! By the growling down here, these guys are sure ready to go! Don't worry, it's perfectly safe -- if things start getting out of control, we'll step in and help. [Hey, they caught them once, they can do it again.]
[ Besides, the show is ever so nicely sponsored by the white mage guild -- which, okay, he runs, but still. They're not going to let anyone die. ] We've got six dragons, each of them from different worlds -- we checked at the library. That means there's one dragon per contestant. We've matched each contestant with a dragon at random, and whoooo boy, let's just say that this is going to be one hell of a show!
The rules are easy enough! Disable the dragon -- you don't have to kill it, knocking it out is fine -- as quickly as possible. But don't forget to put on a show, too! If more than four people win their battles without needing our assistance, we'll be helping our judges decide whose fights were most impressive~! [She grins up at the audience and the judges' table] Is everybody ready to go?
And remember guys, you're only fighting the dragon. Anyway, good luck out there; when you hear us call your name, head out into the arena!

Inside this entry, you will find a comment for each character fighting. Please post your battle (and any audience or judge reactions) under this thread that's been provided for you to keep some semblance of order in the chaos. It is up to you whether you want your character to win his or her bout or call for reinfrocements. Demyx and Vanille will only step in if someone cries uncle... or it really looks like you're going to die. Feel free to get as beat up as you like.
Don't forget, if your character signed up, your character will be here. Vanille and Demyx have mobilized the moogles to round up unwilling contestants, and Demyx can and will portal to where you are hiding and drag your party pooper butt to the contest grounds, so you might as well show up. You'll probably be able to tell which ones Demyx has dragged, because they'll probably be soaking wet. Anyone who is not participating is, of course, welcome to come watch! ))
