i don't exactly know what's been going on for the last few hours after Julie's trial, all the pain and frustration in one group of people, plus my own pain (and deep personal feeling that this was my fault). I swallowed a grin as Cait actually used the word "hell"...She does bring up a good point. Where the "hell" is Angelina? shouldn't she have checked in by now?

"Well Let me see if I can find your sister and we can all go back to the apartment..."

I smiled and began to focus...But I really didn't need to. Angelina's crying hit me like a wave of intense pain, physical and mental...My first Impulse was to orb in and "save the day" but I started to feel she was in the middle of something...but there was a pretty simple way to take care of all of this...

"Hey Cait, how about you go into the living room and watch some tv...put some distance between you a Illyria and I'll go,(I paused making sure I seemed calm so Cait wouldn't "Flip out" as Angelina put it.) talk to Angelina. I won't be that long. I promise." I gave her a reassuring smile and orbed out.

When I orbed in to the offices I made very sure that I was near but not in the same exact room as Angelina that way I could make a more appropriate entrance.

What I didn't count on was bumping right into Julie and Gunn.

I jumped about a mile when I saw Leo. He wasn't one of the people I wanted to talk to right now. I didn't blame him..ok well I kind of did but not really, I just wasn't in the mood to talk. I smiled and pointed to the office.

"She is inside...doesn't look to great you might go talk to her."

I said then pulled Gunn down the sidewalk away from Leo.

"Thanks" I said letting the word fall out of my mouth as Julie dragged Gunn down the sidewalk.

I shrugged it off and went inside. It took me a second to get my bearings but I could Feel Angelina's pain, thoug it was slwoly easing and I just followed it right into the office. I stopped knocked and then let myself in.

"Hello?" I said trying to be polite.
I turned my head a few dedgrees and there she was. My girl, looking like a spectacular mess.

I walked over to her and kissed her forehead.
"Hi honey."

"Hey Leo. Is everything okay? Or is this just a social visit?" I said, smiling.

"Angelina and I were just having a talk, and then she had a vision, then talking as she's recovering and now you're here."

I smiled at Angel then kissed Leo.

"Other than the current pain, I am ok. Where did Gunn go?"

I asked that to Angel more than anyone.

"Wait, why are you here Leo? Who is with Cait? Is she ok? I mean...Ok must calm down."

"I just came becasue Cait was getting concerned about Angelina, becasue she hadn't her from her in a while and well, being couped up in the manor all day seems to have made her a bit anxious."

I just ran with the run-on sentence it seemed to explain everything pretty well.

I gave Angel a quick smile and turned back to Angelina.
I decided to leave out the part about me sensing Angie's pain and feeling the need to be the manly man and rush over.

"And this in no way had anything to do with the fact that you and I are so connected that you can feel my pain and you had to rush over here and pamper me?"

I asked knowing full well thats why.

"Is Cait ok? Oh God..did you leave her there alone with Illyria did you?"

I worried again...

"Cait's fine, there are at least three other people in the house and I told Cait to separte herself from Illyria so at least they won't sit and stare at each other."
I paused and lowered my voice.
"And to answer your first question, yes I the main reason I came here was beacuse I'm so connected to you."
I couldn't help but grin at her, feeling love tingle in my skin.

I got him to sit next to me and I leaned on him enjoying being in his arms.

"Ok, its just that Illyria scares her..."

I said softly

"Angel, do you need me more..?"

I now looked to Angel, feeling only a little guilty for interrupting whatever business had been going on before Angelina had her vision.

I smiled. "No, I can't think of anything. Just know that I meant every word I said to you today, okay? And I hope Caitlen is okay...Illyria's...special in a scary way."

I realized that once she left, I was going to be totally alone...maybe I could join Lorne and...yes even Spike for a drink.

Was my loneliness that evident? "No, no, it's fine. Go ahead, I have some paperwork to finish and some brooding to catch up on."

I smiled. I must be in a heck of a mood to mock myself like that. "Seriously, I will be okay. Go take care of your sister and spend time with your man. It will help you after that vision."

I wrote down my cell and home number

"Please..don't do too much brooding, it isn't good for the complexion."

I said with a smile.

I chuckled. "You sounded like you channeled Cordelia for a moment there."

At that moment I really missed Cordy. She and I could hang out together and have a good time. Now I didn't really have anyone to do that with...not even Wesley, even he was hooked up. That only left Lorne and...Spike...I could feel some brooding coming on, this wasn't good.

"Thanks for the cell phone number, I appreciate it. And I won't do too much brooding...might go see how Lorne's doing and join him and...Spike...for a drink."

"Uhh can I veto that decision? I don't think mixing you plus Spike plus alcohol plus a brooding green guy is good for anyone."

I smile at him

"Angel, maybe you should find...Buffy or go patrol and save pretty girls in alley's..don't brood you look much better when you smile."
