small hiatus till next week
this is the last post from me for a week! am off to Las Vegas on satuday until thursday!!! so excited now, got so much planned!!! its going to be great!! (just hope my knee can take the strain of all that walking as still playing up after my fall i had at work 6 weeks ago!)
not much happening really - had a really naff day at work due to it being so busy....festvial goers and the back to school people coming in in their thousands!!! its crazy ive never know it to be as bad as it has the last few days! so glad ive only got 9 more hours to go....and counting.
football wise - not much is happening, got knocked out of the carling cup on tuesday (but enjoyed the evening anyway due to meeting Long and Feds and the academy boys who were sat in front of me and had me laughing throughout the game!!) we didnt sign tommy smith from watford (theres a suprise, we were never going to get him!) but we have signed Grzegorz Rasiak from southampton and Jobi McAnuff from watford! also i am all prepared to come back from holiday to find that James Harper has goen to Wolves, who still want him and have come back to the mad stad with another bid. what is it with reading players and wolves???? they are all going there! its going to be an interesting few days until the transfer window closes and the club are saying that they want to bring in 4 more players, but im not sure who?????? keep me posted please!!!
as for the festival - only groups i want to see are the Kaiser Chiefs and Kings of Leon, so while i cant get there tomorrow night i can at least catch them on the tv thanks to bbc 3!!!! yay!! that is in between packing and all that stuff (dont finish work till 6, so its going t be hectic tomorrow).
well am off to sort out my hand luggage now so that its one job done and then im going to cheer myself up with a dose of my supernatural and merlin guys!!! just what the doctor ordered after today!! so until next week......bye!
