Yesterday I went to Charlie O's for the first time. For those of you who don't live in Valdosta, Charlie O's is a bar. I got to see Wes for the second time ever. He has been in Scotland for all of last semester. So last night it was Laura, Joey, Carolyn, Jared, a guy named Erik, Wes, and I. We chilled out, drank, smoked, listened to good music, and talked. It was fun. I think Charlie O's is a pretty cool place. It isn't too crowed like Mellow or Bungalows. I ran into a girl I worked with while I was there so it should be fun to see her on Wednesday I'll see how hung over she was. It was nice to see Wes again.
Today was awesome. It started off with me going to work. I showed up and was sitting outside, smoking, talking, and just generally waiting as long we could until we had to go inside. One of the girls got up and went inside to get a bottle of water. When she came back out she told us all to go home. We just laughed at her like it was a joke. Then she goes no, I'm serious they are having problems and Sylvia is about to come out and tell you all the to go home. Two seconds later Sylvia came out and lo and behold she told us all to go home. You would have thought we had just gotten out of jail we all cheered and got out of there as fast as we could.
I called Carolyn and Ashley to see if they were home and wanted to hang out since I didn't have work but neither one of them answered. So I called Wes and we ended up going to Walmart together. We spent like two hours at Walmart and I bought a coffee maker, that's right I have a coffee maker...get jealous lol. After Walmart we went back to Wes's and he made artichoke and spinach dip and we watched Sweet Home Alabama ("Why would you want to marry me?" "So I can kiss you anytime I want.":) ) I love that movie.
Then Wes came up with the idea we should go to the airport so he could show me around (he works there). That was so much fun. I love planes...I might not know much about them but there is just something about plane that is just well....its just. We even watched a plane land. I have never been that close to a moving plane before it was so cool. I had a great day from beginning to end. That is very rare for me. Usually if it starts off bad it will end well and vice versa. Never have I had one solid through and through great day.
