Busy Day
Today was rather entertaining. I now see why people wake up before two in the afternoon. I got up around 11:30am when I received a phone call from an old boss. Then Alex K. asked me to call out of work for her which I agreed to do...and did it quite well I might add. When I was off the phone her boss was quite concerned for her and asked me to keep him posted on her condition. Then Ben called me to go to the mall with him while he gets his hair cut. At the mall I ran into Dax (a kid I worked with at TJ Maxx) and Brittany (my old roommate in Hopper).
After the mall I came back to my apartment and watched some tv until I had to go to work. I did appointments for two hours today and got 7 appts. I'm really proud of myself. Appointments is a little bit easier than prospects b/c people actually want come into the dealership...sometimes.
When I got back from work I called Nikita. It just made me realize how much I miss her and Stephanie. I am def. going to visit her and Christopher when I go home in June...I guess right now is June...so when I go home this month. I also ran into Adam W. and Jessi which was awesome b/c I haven't seen them in forever. So I talked to five people in total today that I had not talked to in over 2 weeks. I went to Ben's room and watched him play the 24 video game which was quite entertaining b/c the story actually takes place between the second and third season which is exactly where we are in our 24 marathon. While I was there I got a drunken call from Wes. I didn't mind though..seeing as my name begins with A (usually the first one in people's phone book) I get those calls a lot. If I could have afforded it I probably would have been right there with him.
Right now I'm sitting here in apartment just thinking about this past month. It went by so fast. This summer has been awesome for not really doing anything. I made some new friends...I guess Ben and Adam were already my friends....so I made better friends. I got promoted at work and I got to catch up on all my sleep. Starting Monday I will have class at 8am everyone morning Monday-Friday so sleeping will not be happening. I will take advantage of these last few days of sleep I get. Goodnight All.
