An interesting development...
Hi everyone! Okay so I have some news...
Well, to make a very long story short, after lots of messing with files and folders, I found a way to make SOME custom content work. You know how when you download from the exchange, sometimes the CC hairstyles that sims are wearing also get downloaded? It doesn't always work, but sometimes. Anyway, those hairstyles will work for me :D So I have gone through the studios of a few of you guys that I trust not to have crappy CC (because along with hair and clothes, you can also get those damn boots, or the doll, or that creepy centaur body, and other such glitched CC, as we all know >.<), and I have a FEW good hairstyles... mostly for women. Lol :P The one problem is that when you download a hairstyle, it only shows up for that age group, even if it is available elsewhere for the other age groups.
I've also found that anything from Peggy or the Peggy section on PSMBD, does not get downloaded along with the sim... But NewSea's stuff does, and XMsims, and... well anyways, what I was going to ask is if any of you would mind doing me a huuuuge favor, and putting some sims on the exchange (especially toddlers and children of both genders) so that I can download them for their hair xD
I would just go through the exchange to find the hairstyles I need, but as I've already said... bad things happen there :P I already have the naked bottom thing, which is insanely annoying >.<
Anyway, don't feel bad if you can't do this, I totally understand because there's not really a prize for doing it or anything :P But in case you do want to, here are a few suggestions:
Like I said, anything Peggy or from the Peggy section of PSMBD doesn't work. No idea why.
NewSea and XMsims, and probably others, are good.
I will take any age and gender, but what I need most is toddlers and children.
Don't put any clothing CC on them please >.< ESPECIALLY not the naked crap or the weird horse thing. (Like you guys would :P)
