A look at domestic newspapers.

Ilta-Sanomat announces: Children of Narnia wearing Finnish fur!
Apparently the fur coats the children find in the magic cabinet are from Finnish fur auction. Edmund is wearing clearly Finnish silver fox. I don't know whether to be proud or not. (Mind you, I have nothing against fur production. Of course the living conditions of animals can and should always be made better but morally I see nothing wrong in using other species' hides to wear. Better having animal farms than hunting species extinct from nature.)

A rather shocking headlines from Turun Sanomat: There can be an army of bugs in your Christmas tree
According to the Museum of Natural History in Kuopio, there can be as many as 200 000 little lifeforms in one tree. Spiders, grubs, mites and other insects, some of them microscopical. Luckily, an average living room is rarely an ideal new home for any of these little buggers.

From Iltalehti: A drunk driver crashed into a wall
Nothing new in that. But his pregnant wife was with him. After being chased by police cars a drunkard decided to hit a wall right in Turku center. Once again I'm seriously thinking that breeding should be made subject to licence. The future is not bright for a child, whose father drives drunk and whose mother knowingly sits in the same car with this idiot.

That's it for the most important pieces of news today, I think. ;)
