So tomorrow is the big day...
I begin my new job at Dell's Call Centre as a Technical Support Representative... And I am so excited, hopefully I can sleep...
My shift is 8-5 tomorrow yet I have to be there by 7:30am to have my photo taken for my security badge. Sean's going to drive me since he's on vacation, so I won't have to take the bus to work tomorrow which will be nice. Hopefully he can help to calm my nervous energy as well.
So hopefully everything will go well, I am really excited about this job - I've never done tech support yet I have played with computers in some capacity since grade school and have always enjoyed learning about computers. I enjoyed the aspect of teaching people over the phone how to walk through the major travel website I worked for for 6 months from November 2005 to April 2006, so I think I have the patience and the skills to help people with their computer questions. And they've been so organized every step of the way since I began communicating with Dell for this job, so that makes me feel very confident in the company I will be working for as well.
Tomorrow will be a long day, but I can't wait, let's hope it goes well!
