It amazes me how much better I feel psychologically just working out. I may not be able to see the results quite yet (i've only been at it consistently for about two weeks), but I feel like at least I'm doing something to make my life and body better. I've been doing my wedding workout aerobics video every other day for a week and half now, and it kicks my butt every time. You know you're out of shape when using cans of creamed corn for your weights makes your muscles tremble a little. Don't let this 108-110 figure fool you. I am in no shape at all.
