Who: Luke, Rhode, and Open (to anyone who wants to save these two when they inevitable nearly drown themselves)
Where: Right outside Violet City
When: Saturday evening, during the rainstorm
Summary: Luke’s got a bone to pick with Rhode about how she treats trainers, Rhode doesn’t want Luke to reveal she’s in Team Rocket. Obviously this can be settled with a Pokemon battle! ...If they don't get washed away, that is.
Rating: PG
Note: Oh no! Luke and Rhode got caught up in the flood, so if your character wants to jump in to help, they can do so now! Posting order will be your character > Luke > Rhode (you can either threadjack or start your own, it's all good!).

While the idea of seeing civilization for the first time in a week thrilled Luke, what did not thrill him was the Pokemon battle that waited for him upon his arrival to Violet City. See, ideally, the rain would’ve cleared up by now, which would’ve made the arriving in Violet City a lot more pleasant.
Except that it didn’t stop raining. In fact, now it was even worse. Unfortunately the rain from outside started to flood out Dark Cave, forcing him towards Violet City during the rainstorm. And even as he made his way towards the town, the water was already up to his ankles. Obviously, the weather did nothing to help the cold Luke had caught, as continued to sneeze as he made his way towards the town.
Brilliant.
Rhode probably wasn't even out here, after all, it'd be crazy to battle in these kinds of conditions. And he was a little relieved too...he wasn't too happy about battling with a cold or in rising water, so maybe this was for the best.
