Summary: Fuji has very bad timing when it comes to switching outfits.

[and guess who's waltzing up behind you, wearing a ridiculously flopping witch hat? have a tap on your shoulder! Fuji will just be leaning to the side, hands clasped behind his back.]

[ and looking over slowly at the tapping. he seems to pretty much expect who the person responsible is before they speak, but that's just business as usual.

tezuka pauses a bit at the witch hat, but other than that he is completely the same. a nod in greeting!

... and another subtle glance to the hat. ]

[he notices the glance, and grins! putting a hand to his hat, he pulls at it a little.]

Just getting into the spirit of things. You like?

It fits the occasion. [ which is his way of saying he doesn't really mind it either way, but it's not like he dislikes it. ]

[but Fuji looks pleased. he tugs at the hat some more, before relinquishing his hold on the brim. then, reaching up to waggle a finger at Tezuka!] On the other hand, you stick out like a sore thumb.
