I'm "celebrating" this new year's eve at home with dad who is watching TV and dog who is very scared of the fireworks. I could have gone to that gig at Nosturi, but I'm too sick to go: I have fever, sore throat and this general feeling of weakness. My boyfriend went to that gig and I hope that he will enjoy it.

I celebrated my 20th birthday in Virgin Oil on the 20th of december. Only Ulla, Tatiana and my cousin Noora were able to come eventhough I had invited quite a bunch of friends. I saw two deer today in our garden eating apples that had fallen from the trees. They looked a bit like elk fawns but cuter. My dog was sleeping and didn't notice them. I also saw a squirrel.

I hate football and I'm happy that there are no partying Russian football fans shouting under my window. I don't really feel like partying at the moment because I'm worried. I guess I have gotten some influence from my dad who complains that he will go bankrupt if he has to pay something. Uncle Scrooge is a happy money spender compared to that.

About 3h of sleep, waking up at 6:30 AM, then history entrance exam in the university of Helsinki at 9 AM, getting out of the exam about 11:30 AM, a quick Subway sandwich & buying shower gel and then to work at noon, working until 6 PM. When I went for walk with my dog in the afternoon, it started to rain hailstones. Not big ones but those that look exactly like polystyrene granules. Our neighbour lady was also walking her dog and we greeted each other. Last night I had a nightmare in which I lost my wallet and someone had withdrawn my bank account empty. That was so real that I had to go to check if my wallet was still in my handbag and that there was still money on my bank account. I also had a much more pleasant dream in which an old friend I haven't seen for years visited me.

Haven't done anything very special this week. Lectures, visiting Elisa & Outi and some general lazying at home. I played Singstar first time in my life at Outi's home and I sucked very badly in most of songs (I definitely can't sing any song by Rihanna, Jennifer Lopez or Britney).
